8.12.18 TRAINING RIDE CANCELLED

The training ride scheduled for Sunday, 8.12.18 has been cancelled due to forecast of thunderstorms

Supported distances 16, 25, 36 miles

Unsupported distances: 49 and 65 miles

Training Ride Committee members drove the Liberty Hill routes on Monday and again on Tuesday this week. and together with the Mamma Jamma board, determined that the routes as laid out do not meet the level of safety required for our training rides. Time does not allow for rerouting before Sunday and as a result, the location of the ride is moving to Five Mile Dam. We realize this is a significant change and would not do this if not absolutely necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
