Training Ride # 5
Fully supported distances of 19, 30, and 40 miles
All rides are subject to change. Conditions at the time of the ride may force changes in starting location, start time, ride lengths, etc. All rides will start (wheels down) at 7:30 am. There will be a brief ride meeting @ 7:15 am. Riders should be ready to ride before the ride meeting.
Representatives from Breast Cancer Resource Center, a ride beneficiary, will provide information about their programs and services for women battling breast cancer in our community.
Oatmega Bars will be available for you to take for mid-ride snack and water so that you may fill your water bottle (s) before you head out. There are store stops on some of the routes so it's a good idea to carry a little money in case you need to buy something along the way. As always, cool off with a famous Mamma Jamma spa towel after the training ride.
Stick around and enjoy some post-ride social time with Mamma Jamma riders at Red Horn Coffee House and Brewing Co. Red Horn has a great selection of coffee drinks, house brewed beers, and a yummy food menu.
